Plume forecast for Japan: 3/20 revisit

Sunday afternoon TEPCO opted not to release radioactive steam to relieve pressure in reactor 3.  This is a good thing given the onshore winds that occurred Sunday afternoon there.  These meteorological conditions would have led to any released material staying in the vicinity of the plants along the coastal band seen in the plume prediction below from 5 km resolution COAMPS.
