Plume forecast for Japan: 3/25

Plume predicted to move onshore toward the north/northwest through the evening of Friday March 25 Japan Standard Time (JST).  This is the first time during the event that winds would drive the plume to the north, and is evidence of the strong coastal variations in wind.  There are further reports of steam coming from multiple reactors (1, 2, 3, 4) Thursday.
